I am Constance Croot, a UKCP Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor operating as Constance Counselling. I am the data controller for the personal information you provide.

HOW YOUR DATA IS STORED
This website is hosted on Wix, which stores data on secure servers.
Enquiry data may be processed via Wix systems and delivered to my email provider
Email accounts are password protected
Devices used to access data are secured
Paper records (where used) are stored in a locked cabinet
Some data may be stored outside the UK. Where this happens, appropriate safeguards are in place in line with UK data protection law.
I take appropriate steps to ensure your data is handled securely and confidentially.
HOW LONG I KEEP YOUR DATA
Enquiry data: retained for up to 6 months
Client data (including notes): typically retained for up to 7 years after the end of counselling, in line with professional and insurance requirements
After this period, data is securely deleted or destroyed.
SHARING YOUR INFORMATION
I do not sell your personal data.
Your data may be processed by trusted third parties where necessary, including:
Website hosting (Wix)
Email providers
These providers only process data to deliver their services and are required to protect your information.
