How to get help in an emergency

When to seek urgent help vs. counselling

If you're experiencing a mental health crisis or are considering suicide or self-harm, please use the emergency resources below. They are free, confidential, and most are available 24/7.

Regular counselling sessions can provide ongoing support with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life challenges, but are not suitable if you are in immediate danger. If you're unsure whether you need crisis support or counselling, please contact your GP or call 111 for advice.
